AllCare Services is a family owned and operated cleaning service for your home or office. Founded in 1989 by Gueysel Tejada & Phil Lujan, AllCare Services has a singular goal in mind for every client:

AllCare Services is proud to provide quality cleaning services. The question is what defines “quality cleaning”.
AllCare Services has created a simple test. When AllCare Services leaves your home or office after a thorough cleaning, we’ll take a white glove and brush it against 3 random locations. If the glove is as white as it was before, then your cleaning passes the test. And if it doesn’t, we’ll continue cleaning until it passes our strict standards.
Please note, that the White Glove Test is done after each cleaning. Since dust settles over time, it is possible that 2-3 hours after cleaning, not all surfaces are 100% free of dust. For that reason, the White Glove Test applies to the moment before AllCare Services leaves your home or office.

And in 1989, Guy McElwaine O.B.M. (then president of Columbia Pictures) noticed Gueysel. Starting out as a simple house cleaner, Guy immediately recognized Gueysel as an invaluable team member: she did a thorough job, on-time working with a pleasant attitude. It was this quality of service that led Guy to recommend Gueysel’s cleaning services to other entertainment friends.
With Guy as a referral source, AllCare Services was born. Fully licensed and bonded, AllCare Services provided –and still does!– cleaning services to Hollywood A-list celebrities and Power Brokers. Robert Brassel, Liz Glotzer, and Gary More happily use AllCare Services.
More importantly, AllCare Services proudly exceeds the demanding and particular needs of Hollywood movers and shakers. Because its one things to attract high quality clients, and another to keep them happy over the course of several years.

With a spreading reputation of providing quality cleaning services to clients that demand respect and privacy, Gueysel bought in additional family members to assist with her growing business.
In 2000, Gueysel’s son, Giancarlo, was brought on board to help the family business reach new heights. And he has. Giancarlo has assisted in AllCare Services efforts to gain new clients . With a new focus on catering to time-crunched working professionals, AllCare Services is continuously expanding their roster of clients.
In 2003 Ricardo joined AllCare Services as CFO. Graduating from USC’s business school and gaining experience in capital fundraising, Ricardo ensures that AllCare Services will quality service well into the future.

By 2005, business owners noticed AllCare Services. With a book of home cleaning clients, business owners asked if Gueysel wouldn’t mind cleaning their office buildings as well their homes. It didn’t take Gueysel long to think about that one!
Today, AllCare Services continues to provide quality cleaning services for both your home and office. Additionally, AllCare Services proudly uses eco-friendly cleaning products.
